The service at this bakery was disappointing. No greeting, a cold tone, and the feeling of being a nuisance upon entering. The saleswoman asked directly, "What would you like?" without any politeness whatsoever. It's a shame, because it doesn't make you want to return despite the products on offer.

I stopped by this bakery to buy some chocolate croissants, but the service was truly appalling. The saleswoman was incredibly unfriendly: no greeting, a cold tone, and we almost felt like we were bothering her. She immediately asked, "What would you like?" without any politeness whatsoever. It's a shame, because it doesn't exactly make me want to come back. A little smile and respect would really make all the difference.

Very, very disappointed. First, the saleswoman couldn't hear me! But you could hear the music playing in the store. The worst part is that the bread wasn't baked properly, and it's not the first time. Enough is enough. The price being taken at the expense of quality is unacceptable to me. Sincerely.

Friendly welcome, the new range of hot sandwiches is very good and the prices are affordable, the table service is top-notch, I recommend it.

Bravo! The machine no longer prints the receipt. The manager comes in without saying hello, goes back to fill out the receipt, returns without apologizing, and hands it to the counter employee. Madam, if you're not up to the job or don't want to work, give your position to someone who knows what a smile and customer service are all about!
