The €49 set lunch menu on weekdays was beautifully executed and presented. We chatted with Chef Jérôme Jaegle, who shared his passion for cooking, quality ingredients, and the unique presentation of his dishes, which he creates himself or commissions from local workshops in very small batches. The sommelier recommended a surprising but delicious orange wine. He even arranged a visit to a nearby vineyard for us, which we enjoyed after our meal. You can truly feel the love for quality ingredients, many of which come from the restaurant's own garden. A truly wonderful experience.

An original and incredible experience. A unique search for local products and especially natural products (from plants to other products).

From the moment you enter, you are warmly welcomed. First by the happiest cat, and then with at least as much cheerfulness by Chef Jérôme Jaegle. The serenity that permeates the restaurant immediately settles you in, and the staff is incredibly friendly. We were taken on a seven-course journey full of flavors that truly surprise and delight. Jérôme's love for herbs, plants, and vegetables runs like a common thread through the menu, without ever becoming boring or repetitive. The wine pairing complements this seamlessly, and the non-alcoholic pairing is just as inventive and original. The dishes feel like a precise reflection of the chef himself: sparkling and full of life. Everything feels fresh, innovative, comforting, and entirely his own. You can taste the passion and the joy, making dining here a celebration.

A truly beautiful place to discover and share. We enjoyed Jérôme Jaegle's cuisine, choosing the "3 Paths" menu, where the verdant flavors awakened our taste buds. The setting and decor are soothing, and the service is impeccable.

We came this Tuesday, June 23rd, for our daughter's 18th birthday at lunchtime and we were absolutely delighted. What a beautiful establishment! A wonderful welcome, original, succulent, and refreshing dishes… accompanied by lovely wines perfectly paired with the food… We discovered your cuisine at the pop-up restaurant during the Salt Marsh Festival in Soultzmatt and wanted to extend our experience for a special occasion… congratulations to your entire team! 👍👌🤩🤩🤩

An exceptional evening for a very special birthday! We were at L’Alchémille in Kaysersberg last night to celebrate my husband’s birthday. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by this exceptional place: an elegant and welcoming setting, both modern and respectful of the surrounding nature. The service was simply perfect: friendly, warm, precise, and highly professional. The staff are attentive, discreet when necessary, and always available, with that Alsatian "verbindlich" touch that immediately puts you at ease. As for the food, it’s a true culinary journey. The dishes are meticulously prepared, innovative, and delicate, while beautifully showcasing local produce. You can taste the work of Chef Jérôme Jaegle and his love for nature: a wonderful discovery of new scents and flavors thanks to the remarkable use of aromatic herbs and seasonal ingredients. Each bite is a pleasant surprise, refined and full of creativity, without ever being overdone. We had a magical evening, worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant that truly deserves its reputation. A gastronomic experience that combines elegance, authenticity, and emotion. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we understood that we were entering a world where every detail was designed to tell a story. The dishes were of exceptional quality, but above all, surprising and creative. We were guided with curiosity through combinations that were sometimes unexpected, but always perfectly balanced and harmonious. Each plate managed to astonish: we discovered flavors, textures, and pairings that were truly unique, with a distinct identity and a great deal of sensitivity. The service played a vital role in this experience. The team was attentive, precise, and exceptionally professional, with a discreet presence that was always perfectly timed. The dishes were presented with simplicity and finesse. We felt supported throughout the meal with great care and a genuine desire to create a truly enjoyable experience. We left with the feeling of having embarked on a culinary journey that went far beyond a truly wonderful dinner. This is an address that leaves a lasting impression and makes you want to return to be surprised once again.

If you like herbs and want to eat them come to this restaurant. It is unique because you will be eating from the garden whatever is served because there is no menu. The service is excellent and the food unique. We left hungry and not interested in returning.

It would be difficult to summarize the experiences at this establishment without resorting to superlatives that fall far short of their potential. I can only recommend that you let yourself be captivated and, above all, give a chance to the non-alcoholic pairings created in the same kitchens that prepare your dishes. Their commitment to local sourcing and innovative recipes is certainly commendable. A huge thank you again to Jérôme Jaegle and his team for their exceptionally warm welcome and the inspiration they bring to the French culinary landscape through their approach to what, in my opinion, best embodies the concept of regional gastronomy.

A true escape into the surrounding forests and meadows. The staff is warm yet refined, the dishes are an invitation to flavors rarely or never explored elsewhere, and the very approachable chef has retained his curiosity, allowing us to truly enjoy our meals. Thank you to the entire team. We will be back!

Really great food and team behind it is really doing amazing job and trying hard. We had some of the most unexpected use of wild herbs here. However it is quite pricey, and if value for money is what you’re looking for you might be left a bit disappointed. There are many places in Alsace with 1/2 the price that will impress you.

Surprise menu? A rather unpleasant surprise, starting with a glass of flat champagne, probably opened the day before, a very poor mise en buche, and then all the dishes were very herbal, with very similar tastes and textures. Even the desserts had floral and herbal flavors—bad, very bad. Disgusting.

"Experience" because it's a concept! It didn't live up to the advertised price, nor our expectations. The food was bland, even less flavorful. Admittedly, there was some effort put into the herbs, herb juices, and magnolia blossom compote with fresh goat cheese for dessert, but it was uninteresting in us. The staff didn't notice the empty glasses on the table, nor the crumbs. They were very kind and brought me a freshly made dessert since I didn't like the one on the menu, but they didn't bring me cutlery to eat it with. At the beginning of the meal, there was a tasting to try by placing it in the palm of your hand. Ladies and gentlemen, before that, please bring us a warm, damp towel to wash our hands... We are used to fine dining in grand establishments, but also to small restaurants all over the world, to a corner table in Thailand or elsewhere where the broths and herbs are sensational. Best of luck to you.
