Friendly service, food arrived quickly. At their request, we were able to have dessert brought later.

La nourriture était vraiment bonne, ça, on ne peut pas le nier. En revanche, je peux rédiger des lignes et des lignes sur le service. On a été débarrassés à moitié pour ensuite attendre plus de 45 minutes avant d’avoir le plaisir de recevoir… la carte des desserts (certes très bons). Mais le pire, ce n’est pas l’attente. C’est d’avoir entendu le personnel se foutre ouvertement de nous, et surtout d’un enfant présent à table, dans des termes qui n’avaient rien de bienveillant. Un conseil pour la prochaine fois : si vous voulez vous moquer de vos clients (on peut le comprendre si c’est JUSTIFIÉ par leur comportement à votre égard, ce qui, en l’occurrence n’était pas le cas), essayez au moins d’être discrets, ou de choisir vos cibles avec un peu plus de retenue. Résultat : on avait surtout envie de se lever et de partir sans même régler l’addition. On l’a payée quand même, par correction, visiblement à sens unique dans cet établissement.

Everything went very well. The food was delicious and the initial welcome was friendly. It was therefore with all the more surprise and disappointment that we overheard some rather unpleasant comments from members of staff while using the restroom. It's a shame that such behavior marred what would otherwise have been an excellent experience.

My opinion is more than mixed, not because of the service or the quality of the food, but because of something else entirely. Let me tell you about my unfortunate experience with this establishment. We had dinner for six on July 6th, having made a reservation a week prior by phone. When I gave my name to the person on the other end of the line (a young woman who was clearly intellectually challenged), she burst out laughing, telling me it was impossible to have that name (PATTE, I admit it's ridiculously funny... apparently for someone with a twisted mind). She didn't take me seriously and hung up on me, saying, "BYE PATTE..." Anyway... imagine our surprise when we arrived at the restaurant and realized the reservation hadn't been made... It was a Monday, and they had availability, so we were given a table anyway, ultimately served by a charming and professional young man. So, ladies and gentlemen, if your name isn't Muller or Meyer, just keep walking, because you won't be taken seriously… Luckily for this insolent young woman (to put it mildly), she wasn't working that evening. Otherwise, I think she would have remembered our visit for a very, very long time… I strongly recommend she quickly change careers and choose one where she isn't in direct contact with customers… I pity Ms. Bitch the day she decides to eat at this establishment…
