McDonald's Horbourg-Wihr

The toilet was filthy at 11:45 AM, even though there were three people seated. I reported it to the manager. They were out of fries, which is unacceptable for a McDonald's. There were about ten people at the table at 12:30 PM. You should seriously consider the level of customer traffic and the overall cleanliness of the establishment.

The dining room wasn't clean even though I arrived right when it opened, the men's restrooms were a disaster, and orders weren't complete (except during rush hour when they might be more understanding, but there were only three customers in the place), in short... avoid it

A clean McDonald's with fast service, a fast food restaurant, what else ✌️

I just ordered from this fast-food restaurant, and a computer glitch occurred during my order. (I couldn't use my loyalty points in addition to the meal I bought.) So I went to the register to explain the problem. A man told me that it wasn't a computer glitch, that it happens, and that I had to place the order at the counter. I went to the register to order a meal using my loyalty program. Only to be told, with the utmost condescension, that I hadn't pressed the button correctly. And then I had to wait 15 minutes for my second item and my meal was cold! This is unacceptable! Go eat at their competitors; they're much more pleasant and respectful!

We went to the drive-thru, but the machine wasn't working. The employee at the window told us we wanted a milkshake, and she told us to come back again, saying she couldn't take our order. We parked in the parking lot and went back inside the branch, where the same employee told us there were no milkshakes available. Why didn't she tell us from the beginning?

Ordered from the drive-thru this evening. We didn't get the right sandwiches, the sauces weren't what we ordered, potatoes instead of fries, and to top it all off, cooked or moldy lettuce, I don't know, was thrown into my sandwich. No toys with the Happy Meals, and the ice cream machines were constantly broken. It's becoming unacceptable to pay for service like this. A real lack of professionalism…

We're leaving the Horbourg McDonald's! 😡 First of all, the ice cream machine is always broken, then you wait 20 minutes at the drive-thru with two cars in front of you… and tonight the service was just shameful. I ordered a CBO from one meal and got a Big Tasty, I wanted fries and got potato wedges, I wanted Big Mac sauces and got Deluxe and Chinese sauces, and in the second meal, the burger salad was more than brown. Then we ordered cheddar fries, and we're still looking for the cheddar! It must have evaporated from the heat 🤷🏻‍♂️😅 Honestly, the staff really needs to be retrained, and believe me, it's not the "rush" excuse tonight! It's not my habit to leave negative reviews, but at the prices of the meals these days, the service should be a bit more professional!

A very disappointing experience. I went to the McDonald’s in Horbourg-Wihr to order a meal. When it came time to pay, the cashier, a large woman, refused my €50 note, claiming she didn't have enough change. She also implied that I was deliberately paying with a €50 note to get change, even though my order was only about €13. I simply pay with the bills my bank gives me. After several minutes of discussion, her colleague, François, finally brought me my order. At that point, the cashier started yelling at him in front of the other customers and ordered him to come and get my tray, even though I had already started eating: I had taken a bite of my Big Mac, eaten some fries, and drunk my Coke. The most shocking thing is that the order was then given to another customer. If this actually happened, it's completely unacceptable, both from a hygiene standpoint and in terms of customer respect. However, I would like to thank François, who remained calm, professional, and respectful despite the situation. I hope management sees this comment and will, of course, discipline the person at the counter and take this incident seriously so that it doesn't happen again. Sincerely
