This is the second time I've had a problem with my yufka. There was very little meat compared to the amount of salad. Furthermore, on my second visit, the yufka was burnt, and that was practically all I could taste while eating it. In short, I won't be going back!

The meat was tasteless, I didn't even finish half of it, I threw the doner away, I've never seen anything like it.

A loyal customer since you opened, I've been ordering from you every week, often ordering much more than just a children's meal. On my last visit, I was shocked to discover a €1.30 surcharge for fries and bulgur wheat, even though I've been ordering the same thing every week for several years, without any prior notice or display. Discovering a made-up price at the time of payment is already unacceptable. (In France, prices and surcharges must be disclosed to the customer before purchase. A business can change its prices or charge for an option, but not reveal it to you at the time of payment without prior notification.) But the most shocking thing was the owner's comment, who practically criticized me for ordering, explaining that he had to "turn on the microwave" and "heat the fryer oil" specifically for my order. Making such a remark to a loyal customer of many years, as well as to a family who has always supported your business, demonstrates a profound lack of professionalism and respect. Clearly, customer loyalty means nothing to you. This will therefore be my last order with you.
