Only one menu was offered, and even then, you had to be lucky to find anything left. The organization clearly left much to be desired. The service didn't help; the waitress seemed stressed, even unpleasant, which made for a rather unfriendly experience. On the plus side, though, as I didn't like the dish, they offered me a "homemade" alternative. However, the plate was charged at €20, which is surprising. As for dessert, tiramisu was no longer available. We asked if it was possible to reheat a pizza from the deli counter… refused. Yet, an hour later, we saw other customers eating pizzas and lasagnas… hard to understand. Very little effort was made to satisfy the customer. I'm disappointed and won't be returning. The value for money is outrageous.

Today's meal was perfect. The lasagna was the perfect start to our vacation. Great atmosphere, lots of charm. Thank you.

For me, it's simply the best Italian restaurant in the area. Every visit is a true pleasure: the dishes are flavorful, varied, and showcase authentic Italian cuisine. The owner is remarkably kind, and the service matches the quality of the food. I highly recommend this restaurant to all lovers of Italian cuisine.

I arrived around 4 pm. A customer was paying at the restaurant, and the woman behind the pillar was taking her sweet time. She wasn't in any hurry to greet me, and there wasn't a single smile (I've seen owners take the time to exchange a few words with customers before...). I saw her grab the gnocchi with both hands, and I pointed it out to her (it shocked me that she wasn't wearing gloves to handle the food I was about to eat!). I also mentioned that she had just touched the till before serving me. She quickly replied that she had used hand sanitizer and that I hadn't seen it, and showed me the bottle. However, neither my son nor I saw this woman put sanitizer on her hands before touching the gnocchi: she was lying. I kept a low profile (intending to speak with her boss later), paid, and we left. I then called and asked to speak to the owner, and she said, "What's this about?" "So now she's screening calls? I'll discuss what I consider important with the boss; it's not up to her to dictate what I say. If she lied to me once, she's not going to help me. Having worked in the restaurant industry, I'm certain you can't handle food after touching the cash register, credit cards, etc. How is it that my son already knows you have to use gloves or a scoop when serving, and yet a server in the fresh food section is so unprofessional? It would be good to train her. I had to clean the gnocchi myself. On top of that, there was a mistake with the quantity I ordered. I was so happy to have found a good caterer, but now I'm very, very disappointed!"

Always so good. Impeccable welcome. Clean shop with a good selection of Italian products. The Italian charcuterie is a real treat. The Farro alla Lucchese was very good, we hadn't tried it before 👍 well done chef! Followed by the escaloppine alla milanese and mashed potatoes, perfect. An Italian wine with character, I don't remember the name but it was delicious.... And for dessert, homemade nougat ice cream, a real treat. Impeccable service. We will definitely go back. I've been going to this restaurant/deli regularly for over a year now to get takeout, charcuterie, tiramisu… It's always delicious, fresh, and the products are high quality. I enjoy it every time. The owner and the woman who works there are very friendly. And unlike some Italian delis/deli shops, the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it.
