The place is nice, however, the prices are exorbitant for such poor-quality food, not even worthy of a school cafeteria. There were three dishes to choose from, all the same price of €24.90 for three frozen fries and bagged sauerkraut (which we saw in the kitchen on our way to the restroom)... We refused to eat what we were served and left. It's shameful to serve such food. The waiters know perfectly well what they're serving; they weren't surprised when we left: "It's up to you," a waitress told us... Avoid this place; it's a tourist trap.

Keep walking! This place isn't a restaurant despite its exterior appearance. The food was tasteless! And at €24.90! The person who took our order didn't even say hello. Only the location is pleasant.

Unbelievable! €25 for fish and chips that wouldn't even dare serve at my kids' school cafeteria. The matchstick fries were probably frozen (definitely not homemade) and looked exactly like the ones you buy at the supermarket. The fish was nothing special, probably from the same supplier, and... that's it. Not a single lettuce leaf or any kind of vegetable side dish. And a measly dab of mayonnaise. I should have gotten up and left as soon as such a dish arrived—I would have been ashamed to serve it to friends at home—but my children were exhausted and starving after a long morning walking around the Christmas market. Clearly, this food is a joke, and it's overpriced. It's scandalous to call yourself a restaurant under these conditions. Basically, for €25 you get industrial fries and breaded fish that have been quickly reheated in a deep fryer. With three potatoes, some fish, a little flour, and butter, anyone could do better. Unacceptable!

The restaurant was empty during the Christmas market season, but we decided to give it a try anyway, and what a disappointment! A very limited menu, reheated sauerkraut that was tasteless, and very little meat for the price. All this at an exorbitant price, waitresses cleaning windows while serving, and a complete lack of politeness. We had to ask for water and bread.

Limited aperitif options; only wheat or pale ale (no amber or Christmas beer during the holiday season). Limited menu choices; the ham hock was very good, but the sauerkraut was undercooked and bitter, nothing special considering the accompanying ingredients. Children's menu: frozen fries with two rather bland sausages. We weren't offered bread, water, or wine. We didn't order dessert (only two desserts on the menu) given what we had already eaten. In short: very limited choices (especially during the Christmas market season) and mediocre food. Luckily, the restaurant's interior is very attractive and the waitresses are friendly.

We arrived at 8:30 PM, and there were three of us at a table. After our order was taken, we waited 55 minutes only for the waiter to tell us he was out of one of the burgers we'd ordered… so we ordered another. Once we were finally served (after a 1 hour and 15 minute wait), the food was cold, and the fries were soggy. We asked for them to be reheated, and the waitress told us, "If you're not happy, go to McDonald's." And to top it all off, the waitress served my dad the wrong burger… Bad experience, I don't recommend it. A tourist trap at the Christmas market 😟

A meal not even fit for a school cafeteria, at an exorbitant price during the Christmas market. €24.90 for a tiny handful of fries and a measly reheated fish stick, not even a lettuce leaf for decoration, nor a single vegetable. Even though we were the first to arrive, we had to wait 30 minutes to be served, despite a menu with only three choices. Outrageous!

Very limited choice during the Christmas market, exorbitant prices for mediocre food: €28.90 for sauerkraut or a fatty ham hock with industrial fries; a very long wait and no cell service while you wait. No place settings or tablecloths, no glasses or bread unless you ask. Toilets are barely adequate. A small glass of Alsatian wine for €8! A real tourist trap.

Very disappointed. We waited an hour just to order, with no apology whatsoever. Plus, €29 per person for lunch was a very disappointing sauerkraut – a tourist trap, ridiculously small and unappetizing. Absolutely avoid this place.

The service is definitely the restaurant's weak point; it's a real shame because the food was absolutely delicious!

A disaster! No glasses for the sodas, no flavor whatsoever, not a single pinch of salt on the food. Whether it was the fish and chips or the ham hock, everything was incredibly bland... A bad experience for me...
