We arrived quite late in the evening and were greeted with a smile. The service was quick, the staff remained pleasant despite the late hour, and the food was excellent. It's truly wonderful to find a restaurant that maintains this level of service late in the evening. We will gladly return. Thank you to the entire team!

We had a wonderful dinner at Le Silex in Colmar. My partner and I both ordered the faux-filet de bœuf with pepper sauce, cooked medium and it was excellent. The beef was tender, perfectly cooked and the creamy pepper sauce with ratatouille was rich and full of flavour. We paired our meal with a bottle of Chambre d’Amour white wine. While a red wine would traditionally be the classic choice with beef, this fruity white was surprisingly refreshing and paired very well with the meal. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, the staff was great…we had a very enjoyable dining experience. If you’re looking for a great steak in Colmar, Le Silex is definitely worth a visit!

I was there last night to celebrate my leaving party with my colleagues. The service was quick, and the waitresses were super friendly. And above all, it was really nice to be able to stay until midnight, chatting and having drinks... The food was very good and the portions were large (several of us couldn't finish our meals).

Excellent restaurant, superb quality of food. We left feeling very satisfied. If I had to nitpick, it would be a little noisy, but that just proves that people feel comfortable there. Thanks again to the whole team, I highly recommend it.

Warm welcome The meals are very good and generous, and the side dishes, which are a nice change from the usual, pair perfectly with the main courses. The waitresses and waiters are professional, pleasant, and attentive. The atmosphere is fantastic; it's very friendly and lively. For rugby fans, there are often matches on TV (a must-see if you're with friends). In any case, a very good experience; I recommend it 100%! Go for it!
