Absolutely awesome place for a quick lunch. Great pizza, drinks and staff.

Nice location, with outdoor seating facing the canal. Three different tarte flambées to choose from and lots of different drink options. The food tasted good, as did the beer and drink we had.

My experience was a shared Tarte Flambée paired with a good Alsatian wine. Perfect for dinner.

I had a delicious cheese tarte flambé. I went during the Christmas market season and the restaurant was decorated for the occasion. The staff was very friendly.

We arrived at 11:15 am, not particularly busy, wanting to freshen up and perhaps more. We politely asked if they had a children's menu, and received a curt "No." They also asked if they accepted holiday vouchers and restaurant vouchers by card. Well, we just had a drink, the four of us. The waitress was unpleasant. We went to eat across the street at Les Bateliers, where we received a proper welcome with kindness and smiles.

Evening time good place to finish the day. It is nice to enjoy drink and watch lights and fading daylight.

The initial welcome was quite friendly, but things took a turn for the worse with the service inside, courtesy of a young woman in extremely poor taste who shouted across the room. When we were finally served, we had to ask for napkins, and cutlery was optional: "You have to eat with your hands, that's how it's done," she insisted, before she even went so far as to throw cutlery, with great delicacy, onto the table... Yet another tourist trap that locals like us should avoid!

We came here to eat, but we didn't see good behavior and there was a bad smell in the restaurant. So we just had a drink and left.

There were six of us here, and we ate tarte flambée and drank Gewürztraminer. We were recommended the 0.75l bottle, but it's more expensive (per liter)... unnecessary profiteering by the waiter.

Service cheat by adding wrong food and take extra money

The setting is appealing, but this restaurant is more like a fast-food joint. They serve the flammekueche on a piece of cardboard. It's as thin as a sheet of paper and a tiny portion, with no cutlery, no napkin, and the water carafe left on the counter. Price: 2 flammekueches and 50cl of sparkling water = €29.50. I won't be going back.

A touristy spot, right next to where the boat tours depart, but very pleasant, to enjoy Tarte Flambée (a very thin pastry like 🍕), very good, and warm accompanied by a delicious white wine from Alsace, it's perfect.
