Your delivery drivers can't drive, they overtake on the right, drive on the sidewalks, and run red lights. Just because of that, I'll never eat at your place again. It's a disgrace; you need to take a hard look at yourselves.

Just because it's a promotion doesn't mean the pizzas have to be so badly prepared 😉

We placed a delivery order on June 16th in the late afternoon. We ordered a Campagnarde and an Extravaganzza. A few hours after our meal, I started feeling unwell with abdominal pain and vomiting during the night. The next day, my partner and I both experienced digestive symptoms that led us to suspect possible food poisoning. Of course, we can't definitively say what caused these symptoms, but we found the timing concerning, especially since we hadn't eaten anything else that evening. I'm simply sharing our experience so the restaurant can check if other similar reports have been received.

Shocked, I called to order takeout. Someone answered, and after I said good evening, the response was "Hello? Uh, what's up?" followed by the same person talking to someone else. Where's the professionalism? Since when do you leave a customer waiting without saying anything other than "uh, what's up"? Disgusting. I started to say, "Yes, good evening, I'd like to order takeout, please." No response. I said "Hello" two or three times and then said I'd call back in a moment. I called back, and the same person who had said "uh, what's up" now said "Please wait a moment" and then hung up on me after a minute?! Wow, who hired this person and didn't train them on how to answer the phone? A horrible experience that ruined my appetite and discouraged me from calling a third time, given the level of service Domino's offers.

Tuesday evening we ordered pizzas. There was a problem with the delivery; the Coke was missing. Unable to get through to the delivery driver, I decided to call to report the issue. The first person I spoke to said there was a delay in the delivery and that I should call the driver, but he didn't call me. This person told me they would call me back. Having heard nothing, I called again, and the same person spoke to their manager, talking about me in a rather unpleasant manner. The manager finally answered, told me about the delivery delay, that it wasn't possible to call the drivers for safety reasons, and offered me everything except to get my drink back quickly. I told him that this was completely unacceptable and hung up. Miracle of course, 25 minutes later the same server returned with the drink. The pizzas had already been eaten. The manager showed absolutely no customer service skills, apart from offering a discount on the next delivery. The employee on the phone was unpleasant.

Taste unchanged for a long time, good pizzas 🍕😋😋

Order placed at 6:50 PM, delivery scheduled for 7:30 PM, so far so good. Call at 7:45 PM, response: "Everyone ordered at the same time, we can't do anything about it." I felt like I was bothering them. Order arrived at 8:10 PM: dry and cold pizza... great.

They forgot to prepare my order, and there was a wait, not too long, but the pizzas were overcooked and dry. I won't be going back.

Very good pizza and very good service, however, be careful with special requests; I asked for a pizza without bacon and I still got some…

When we received the pizza, we were surprised that, unlike Ukraine and Georgia, the amount of pepperoni was less! When I asked about the technical card, they told me that there was none and that the sausages were halal, which is why they were so small… In my opinion, this is a very strange argument. I understand that sales of paper pizzas will not fall from this, but I wanted to draw the attention of the management that perhaps the employees are not adding the necessary amount of ingredients! Fortunately, the pizza was delicious, but my son’s first reaction was upset that there was so little pepperoni in a pizza with double pepperoni.

Hi, it had been a long time since I'd gone to Domino's, and then I ordered and nothing had changed... the pizza 🍕 was honestly great, but the fries 🍟 were undercooked, disgusting. €34 for the order, anyway, this is definitely the last time.
