It had been a while since we'd been to this restaurant. We went and ordered pizzas to go. The wait was short (less than 10 minutes) and the waitress was very friendly, no problem there. But when we got home, opened the boxes, and ate the pizzas, we were all disappointed. The dough and toppings weren't the same as before. It seemed like the pizzas had been topped hastily, with everything just thrown in the middle, and the untopped edges were too large. One more thing about the dining area: the air conditioning is set way too cold! The last time we ate inside, we had to put our scarves and jackets back on because it was so cold! And we weren't the only ones. I hope our next experience will be better...

Having dined at your establishment this past Sunday, July 19th, I was surprised by the service, which struck me as odd. The servers seemed strange and timid. I also asked for water and some bread for my partner, and to my surprise, the server acted as if nothing had happened. We had to wait 30 minutes after finishing our meal for the second server to come and offer us the dessert menu. We wanted to try something different and try something new, but I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon because we were told that the bourata was unavailable, even though it was on the menu for other customers next to us. I think something needs to be done with your team because I was very dissatisfied with the service and the nonchalance of your servers on the terrace.

Good pizza, but nothing to write home about! The food is rather mass-produced, although we did appreciate the fresh mushrooms. Service was quick. Prices are quite high for a pizza chain...

A magnificent restaurant despite the changes; it's been there for 13 years already, bravo!

It's July 14, 2026. Given the extremely long wait, we wondered if we needed winter tires to get home. Luckily, we just made it over the mountain pass before November 1st...

The pizzas were decent, the staff friendly, but it took a while to serve the coffee and we had to leave without it.
