It's a shop and restaurant located in the covered market in the center of Colmar. The food is incredibly delicious, and the service has been excellent. I highly recommend trying the kebab platter, which is huge and absolutely delicious. They also have free water available. They also have several vegan desserts that I highly recommend trying. The only downside, which isn't the restaurant's fault, is that the market's only restroom is usually very crowded, and you have to wait in a long line. As for the restaurant itself, everything was perfect.

Food stall in the market with tables for eating in. Savory, sweet, drinks. Very good, vegan and gluten-free options... Very accommodating service (thank you for the custom-made coconut/apricot yogurt bowl :)).

Great (vegan!) food on a very hot and steamy day in Colmar. The service was friendly and speedy (for which we were grateful) and the desserts were cold (also grateful). Highly recommend if you are in Colmar.

While searching for a restaurant offering vegan and gluten-free options, Google thankfully recommended this one. All the ingredients are organic, the food is absolutely delicious, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, and my personal highlight was the sugar-free brownie for dessert and the lupin coffee. Highly recommended.
