My partner and I came because of the restaurant's reputation. The meal was decent, but the place was full; reservations are recommended.

I booked a table for 2 on the phone quote some time in advance as it’s difficult to find restaurants in Colmar on December 26th with a table ready to host 2 people , i get to the restaurant and it was closed! They could have called back to cancel but instead wasted my time and energy

Called on Wednesday to reserve a table for 12 people. Arrived at the restaurant on Friday at noon, only to find it... closed!!! Since we'd never experienced that before, it definitely deserves 1 star 👏

Absolutely avoid this place if you want to find yourself facing a locked door. I booked for 14 people for lunch today, and when we arrived, the restaurant was closed. The owner hadn't even opened the restaurant and hadn't bothered to contact me to let me know. What a lack of professionalism! This place is one to avoid.

Mediocre, dry cordon bleu, awful sauce, expensive, poorly made reheated Metro-style food. Sorry for this review, but I hope you improve and continue to do so.

Bad

We arrived at 7 pm without a reservation and were greeted very warmly and shown to a table immediately. The service was incredibly friendly, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the food. The only slight drawback was the slightly longer wait time of one hour, as we were indeed the first customers there at opening time. But it was all perfectly acceptable. We'll gladly return.

It's a very small place, and the service is a bit slow. The main courses were very good. I didn't really like the dessert.

We had been a regular at this establishment for several years and had never been disappointed; the taste, quality, and friendly atmosphere were always excellent. Our recent visit was our first since the change of ownership (which we were unaware of) and it was definitely our last! The products are of poor quality, the taste is lacking, the portions are small, and the hygiene is appalling… There was an aftertaste on the food, the desserts were stale and mass-produced, and the kitchen was dirty (visible from the counter). The prices, however, have remained the same. Finally, it's important to note that the manager was nonetheless friendly and managed to handle everything from the reception and service to the kitchen and the cash register, due to a staffing issue… But this in no way makes up for the rest, which is unacceptable.

What a disappointment. We knew this restaurant for its delicious and generous cordon bleu. Now, the quality and quantity are truly disappointing. And don't even get me started on the side dishes, which lacked freshness. They were out of vegetables and draft beer! Luckily, the service was friendly.

Very kid friendly place with affordable and really good quality food cocked freshly. Everything was perfect! Food and service! Thanks again for having us 3 tonight!

We only realized after we sat down that it wasn't the same owner as shown in the Google photos. Only then did we read all the reviews – understandably, we were a little apprehensive about the meal. But I have to say: it wasn't bad at all! The owner/waitress was very warm and friendly, especially with our daughters. The food wasn't as bad as many people have written here. Of course, it's not a 4- or 5-star restaurant, but you can tell that it's cooked with love – a bit like home cooking. Therefore, while I think the price is a bit high for a dish you could easily make yourself, it was by no means inedible.
