We just had a lovely weekend at the Hotel du Bailli. The turret suite is quite spacious. The breakfast was plentiful with plenty of choice, and the restaurant has a great menu. The yellow chicken in Riesling sauce was delicious! The staff were friendly and helpful.

May 31 and June 1, 2026. Friendly service, they work quickly and quietly. Clear menu, had a very good meal. Recommendation: menu gourmand. The wines from local winery Halbeisen pair excellently. Recommendation with dessert: Gewürztraminer Vendange Tardive.

We've been to the region many times, including Bergheim, but this restaurant was new to us. Great atmosphere and excellent food. We'll definitely be back!

A great place. Well-prepared dishes. Excellent, efficient, and friendly service. Pleasant setting, whether in the old cellar or the courtyard. Highly recommended.
